\n\u0160to vas je potaknulo da uvedete liniju veganskih proizvoda i za\u0161to vam je V-oznaka va\u017ena?<\/span><\/p>\n

Veganskim proizvodima pod markom SPAR Veggie nastojimo ispuniti \u017eelje sve ve\u0107eg broja na\u0161ih kupaca koji su nam do sada \u010desto slali molbe za \u0161irenjem asortimana veganskih artikala. SPAR Veggi je odli\u010dno rje\u0161enje za sve koji se \u017eele uravnote\u017eeno hraniti, ali nemaju vremena, znanja ili im nedostaje svje\u017eih ideja kako brzo pripremiti ukusan bezmesni obrok.
\nSvi proizvodi imaju certifikat Europske vegetarijanske udruge, \u0161to zna\u010di da 100 % garantiramo da u proizvodima nema mesa. Osim toga, ve\u0107ina proizvoda je iz ekolo\u0161kog uzgoja i nosi ekolo\u0161ki znak.<\/p>\n

Koje su reakcije kupaca na proizvode iz va\u0161e vege-linije?<\/span><\/p>\n

Sve vi\u0161e ljudi svjesno odlu\u010duje da \u0107e reducirati unos mesa u organizam. Mnogi ljudi se ne odri\u010du mesa, ali su \u010dvrsti u nakani da \u0107e dva do tri puta tjedno imati bezmesne obroke. To je tendencija koja je sve vi\u0161e prisutna me\u0111u mladima, tinejd\u017eerima, a pogotovo kod \u017eenske populacije. Ovo su nezaobilazne promjene koje se sve vi\u0161e \u0161ire, mi se njima nastojimo prilagoditi, a reakcije kupaca su vi\u0161e nego pozitivne.<\/p>\n

Veganska ponuda sve je ve\u0107a na policama trgovina SPAR. Imate li u planu i dodatno \u0161iriti liniju veganskih proizvoda?<\/span><\/p>\n

Naravno, nastojimo asortiman s vremenom pro\u0161iriti. Pomno pratimo asortiman koji se nudi u susjednim SPAR-zemljama. Novi proizvodi najprije se pojave u Austriji i Italiji, a mi onda \u017eelimo takve inovacije \u0161to prije ponuditi hrvatskim kupcima.<\/p>\n

Za\u0161to ste odlu\u010dili sudjelovati na ZeGeVege festivalu?<\/span><\/p>\n

ZeGeVege je festival ponajprije namijenjen osobama koje prakticiraju veganski na\u010din \u017eivota i konzumiraju vegansku hrane. To je najkompetentniji i najve\u0107i doga\u0111aj ove vrste u Hrvatskoj. Posebno nas veseli \u0161to primje\u0107ujemo da nakon ulaska u EU na Festivalu sudjeluje sve vi\u0161e stranih izlaga\u010da.
\nTrg bana Jela\u010di\u0107a odli\u010dno je odabrana lokacija jer pru\u017ea mogu\u0107nost da se \u0161to vi\u0161e ljudi upozna s veganskom prehranom, \u0161to i jeste cilj Festivala.
\nOvo nam je ve\u0107 tre\u0107a godina kako sudjelujemo na Festivalu i svake godine sve vi\u0161e ula\u017eemo u njega jer nam je to odli\u010dna prilika da poka\u017eemo \u0161to sve imamo.<\/p>\n

Na koji na\u010din SPAR pridonosi odr\u017eivosti \u017eivljenja i koliko smatrate da je odr\u017eivo \u017eivljenje va\u017eno za na\u0161 planet?<\/span><\/p>\n

Kontinuirano radimo na tome, ali tu jo\u0161 ima jako puno mogu\u0107nosti. SPAR je posve\u0107en za\u0161titi okoli\u0161a pa tako u izgradnji na\u0161ih objekata koristimo otpadnu energiju iz rashladnih vitrina za grijanje prostora, a u svim novim objektima ugra\u0111ujemo led-rasvjetu. Imamo izvanredne rezultate u recikla\u017ei, tako da smo samo pro\u0161le godine reciklirali vi\u0161e od 2000 tona papira i kartona. Posljednjih nekoliko godina poma\u017eemo Caritasu u njihovim pu\u010dkim kuhinjama na\u0161om donacijom kruha. S nestrpljenjem o\u010dekujemo promjene zakona o doniranju hrane jer smo i samo nekoliko puta javno govorili o tom problemu.
\nSPAR rado sudjeluje u akcijama za\u0161tite \u017eivotinja te ve\u0107 dvije godine imamo na skrbi napu\u0161tene pse udruge Sirius iz Po\u017eege, a uvijek se bez razmi\u0161ljanja uklju\u010dujemo u sve akcije koje se pokre\u0107u za pomo\u0107 napu\u0161tenim \u017eivotinjama.<\/p>\n

\nWhat has motivated you to introduce a line of vegan products and why is the V-label important to you?<\/span><\/p>\n

With vegan products under the SPAR Veggie brand we seek to meet the demand of the increasing number of our customers who have often been sending us requests for the expansion of our vegan product mix. SPAR Veggie is an excellent choice for all those who want to have a balanced diet but do not have sufficient time, knowledge or fresh ideas as how to prepare a tasty meatless meal.
\nAll our products have been granted the certificate of the European Vegetarian Union, meaning that we guarantee that the products are 100% meatless. Also, the majority of products are ecologically grown and bear the eco-label.<\/p>\n

How do the customers respond to your veggie-line products?<\/span><\/p>\n

There is an increasing number of people who willingly decide to reduce meat intake into the body. Many people do not give up the meat-eating habit altogether, but are determined to consume meatless meals two or three times a week. That trend is ever more present among young people, teenagers and especially with female population. These are the inevitable changes that are becoming more and more common; we are trying to adapt to the fact and the response from our customers is ever so positive.<\/p>\n

The offer of vegan products on the shelves of SPAR stores is becoming increasingly more varied. Are you planning to further expand your vegan product line?<\/span><\/p>\n

Definitely, we seek to expand the product mix in the future. We closely monitor product mixes on offer in the neighbouring countries. New products first appear in Austria and Italy and afterwards we try and offer such innovations to Croatian customers as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Why have you decided to take part in ZeGeVege Festival?<\/span><\/p>\n

ZeGeVege Festival is primarily aimed at people who lead vegan lifestyle and consume vegan food. That is the most relevant and biggest event of its kind in Croatia. We are especially pleased to notice that after the Croatia’s accession to the EU, the number of foreign exhibitors is constantly increasing.
\nBan Jelacic Square is an ideal location because it offers an opportunity to present vegan food to a large number of people, which is the very purpose of the Festival anyhow.
\nThis is the third year that we participate in the Festival and each year we invest more and more into it because it is a perfect opportunity for us to show everything we have to offer.<\/p>\n

How does SPAR contribute to the sustainability of living and to what extent is, in your opinion, sustainable living important for our planet?<\/span><\/p>\n

We are continuously working on it, but there still are lot of possibilities within. SPAR is dedicated to the protection of environment, therefore we are using waste energy from our refrigerated display cases for heating of our premises and we are installing LED lighting in all our new buildings also. We are achieving outstanding results in recycling; only last year we have recycled more than 2,000 tonnes of paper and cardboard. Over the last few years we have been helping Caritas soup-kitchens with bread donations. We are eagerly waiting for the change of law on food donations due to the fact that we ourselves have spoken publicly about the issue on several occasions.
\nSPAR gladly participates in animal protection campaigns and for two years so far we have been providing for the abandoned dogs at Sirius association in Pozega, and we always readily join all the campaigns launched with the aim to help abandoned animals.<\/p>\n
