Uo\u010di 10. ZeGeVege festivala, koji \u0107e se odr\u017eati na zagreba\u010dkome Trgu bana Jela\u010di\u0107a 8. i 9. rujna 2017., osvanut \u0107e atraktivni jumbo plakati koji nikako ne mogu pro\u0107i nezapa\u017eeno. I najve\u0107i mrzitelji kelja ne\u0107e okrenuti glavu pokraj predivne Ane Laure Kapetanovi\u0107 u zelenoj haljini, koja je ovim projektom spojila svoje dvije velike ljubavi \u2013 manekenstvo i veganstvo.<\/p>\n

Suradnja Prijatelja \u017eivotinja, manekenke svjetskoga glasa koja se pro\u0161etala pistama svih ve\u0107ih modnih odredi\u0161ta i \u0110ur\u0111ice Vorkapi\u0107, dizajnerice i vlasnice brenda HIPPY GARDEN, definitivno je pravi pogodak, kao \u0161to je i prelazak na eti\u010dku, ekolo\u0161ku i zdravu biljnu prehranu.<\/p>\n

Ana Laura Kapetanovi\u0107 isti\u010de da je veganska prehrana, unato\u010d mnogim zabludama, svugdje jeftina, dostupna i najbr\u017ea za konzumiranje: \u201eNajradije pose\u017eem za svje\u017eim vo\u0107em i povr\u0107em, a bez ustru\u010davanja u\u017eivam i u veganskim verzijama popularnih jela \u2013 burgerima, tjestenini s povr\u0107em i varivima od mahunarki i \u017eitarica. Prelazak na veganstvo definitivno je najbolja odluka koju sam donijela i svakodnevno u\u017eivam u spoznaji da zbog mojih okusnih pupoljaka nije nastradalo nijedno svjesno i osje\u0107ajno bi\u0107e. Osim golemih zdravstvenih prednosti takve prehrane, svima laska biti mirne du\u0161e i \u010diste savjesti. Veganstvo uistinu svima dobro stoji.\u201c<\/p>\n

Kako se hraniti veganskom prehranom uz stalna putovanja i izgledati sjajno i zdravo, svi \u0107e mo\u0107i \u010duti na Aninom predavanju na ZeGeVege festivalu.<\/p>\n

\u0110ur\u0111ica Vorkapi\u0107 ve\u0107 je sura\u0111ivala s Prijateljima \u017eivotinja u kampanji protiv ubijanja \u017eivotinja radi krzna, a kao dugogodi\u0161nja vegetarijanka jako se razveselila prilici da svojom neobi\u010dnom haljinom pozove sve da izostave \u017eivotinje sa svojih tanjura i provjere na ZeGeVege festivalu kako bi im dobro stajalo veganstvo.<\/p>\n

Dugo je poznata \u010dinjenica da izbor veganskog stila \u017eivota uvelike koristi zdravlju: uz takvu prehranu dolazi do smanjenja rizika od kardiovaskularnih bolesti i mo\u017edanog udara, sni\u017eenja krvnoga tlaka i razine kolesterola u krvi te smanjenja rizika od karcinoma debeloga crijeva i prostate. Zbog sve ve\u0107e potra\u017enje, ponuda veganskih proizvoda i okusom uvjerljivih zamjena mesu i mlije\u010dnim proizvodima drasti\u010dno raste, a sve vi\u0161e razvija se i trend veganske brze hrane. Upravo takvi obroci mo\u0107i \u0107e se ku\u0161ati na ZeGeVegeu, najve\u0107em veganskom festivalu u ovom dijelu Europe.<\/p>\n

Prijatelji \u017eivotinja zahvaljuju svima koji su pridonijeli realizaciji plakata \u201eVeganstvo svima dobro stoji\u201d.<\/p>\n

Profesionalnu i volontersku pomo\u0107 pru\u017eili su: Ana Laura Kapetanovi\u0107 (model), HIPPY GARDEN (haljina), Franjo Matkovi\u0107 (fotografija), Petra Sever (\u0161minka), Frizerski salon Evelin (frizura). Kampanja je snimljena u udruzi Omnibus te je realizirana u suradnji i uz potporu Arta, Europlakata, Avalona i Maraja Usluga.

A month bofore the 10th ZeGeVege Festival, which will take place in Zagreb’s Ban Jelacic Square on September 8-9, 2017, attractive billboards that can not pass unnoticed appeared on Zagreb’s streets. Even the biggest savoy cabbage haters won’t look the other way next to the beautiful Ana Laura Kapetanovic in a green dress, who has combined her two great passions with this project \u2013 modeling and veganism.<\/p>\n

The cooperation of Animal Friends Croatia, a world-class model who was a part of fashion shows in all major fashion destinations and Djurdjica Vorkapic, a designer and the owner of HIPPY GARDEN, was definitely a right choice, as well as a transition to ethical, ecological and healthy plant-based diet.<\/p>\n

Ana Laura Kapetanovic points out that vegan diet, despite many false beliefs, is cheap, available and the fastest to consume everywhere: “I prefer to eat fresh fruit and vegetables, and I enjoy vegan versions of popular meals – burgers, pasta with vegetables and legume and grain stews. Going vegan is definitely the best decision I have made and I enjoy daily knowing that no conscious and sentient being has been harmed by my taste buds. Apart from the enormous health benefits of such a diet, everyone feels good being at peace and having a good conscience. Veganism really looks good on everyone.”<\/p>\n

How to balance your vegan diet with constant travel while looking great and healthy, everyone will be able to hear about it during Ana’s lesson at the ZeGeVege Festival.<\/p>\n

Djurdjica Vorkapic has already collaborated with Animal Friends Croatia in the campaign against killing animals for fur, and as a longtime vegetarian she was very happy to have her unusual dress invite everyone to leave animals out of their plates and to check at the ZeGeVege Festival how veganism would look good on them.<\/p>\n

It is well known that the vegan lifestyle is largely beneficial to health: such a diet reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and stroke, lowers blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of colon and prostate cancer. Due to a sufficient demand, a range of vegan products and tasty substitutes for meat and dairy products has increased drastically, and the trend of vegan fast food is growing. Those meals will be availble for tasting at the ZeGeVege, the largest vegan festival in this part of Europe.<\/p>\n

Animal Friends Croatia would like to thank everyone who contributed to the realization of the billboards “Veganism looks good on everyone”.<\/p>\n
