Politike o za\u0161titi osobnih podatka (u daljnjem tekstu Politika).<\/p>\n<p>Politka se odnosi na za\u0161titu privatnosti i sigurnosti podataka svih na\u0161ih sudionika festivala (izlaga\u010da, volontera, sponzora, itd), odnosno korisnika usluga i svih osoba koje s nama do\u0111u u kontakt, a vezano za na\u0161u <em>web<\/em>-stranicu www.zegevege.com, usluge, aplikacije i zaposlene osobe.<\/p>\n<p>Cilj ove Politike o privatnosti je da Vas informira o na\u0161em na\u010dinu prikupljanja podataka i njihovoj za\u0161titi, svrsi za koje se podaci koriste, Va\u0161oj mogu\u0107nosti uvida u podatke, zahtjeve za izmjenom ili njihovim uklanjanjem.<\/p>\n<p>Budu\u0107i da su tijekom vremena i na\u0161eg rada mogu\u0107e povremene izmjene, molimo Vas da povremeno provjerite ovu Politiku zbog mogu\u0107ih novosti. One s kojima osobno u\u0111emo u komunikaciju oko ZeGeVege festivala, o zadnjoj verziji Politike obavijestit \u0107emo u sklopu direktne komunikacije.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160to su Va\u0161i osobni podaci?<\/strong><br \/>\nOsobni podaci su svi podaci (ili kombinacija istih) na temelju kojih je mogu\u0107e utvrditi ne\u010diji osobni identitet (ime i prezime, naziv tvrke\/udruge\/OPG-a, OIB, po\u0161tanska adresa, e-mail, kontakt broj telefona\/mobitela i sl.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za koje svrhe ih koristimo?<\/strong><br \/>\nPodatke prikupljamo radi ostvarivanja tra\u017eene usluge (prijava za sudjelovanje na ZeGeVege festivalu, volontiranje na festivalu, sponzorstvo festivala i sl.), odnosno radi \u0161to u\u010dinkovitijeg odgovora na Va\u0161 upit i mogu\u0107eg dogovora za daljnju suradnju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koja su Va\u0161a prava?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transparentnost<\/strong> \u2013 primiti od nas informacije o tome koji se Va\u0161i podaci koriste, za koje svrhe, koja su Va\u0161a prava i sl., a \u0161to je poja\u0161njeno u ovoj Politici o privatnosti i Politici o kola\u010di\u0107ima.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pristup podacima<\/strong> \u2013 na Va\u0161 zahtjev, predat \u0107emo Vam potvrdu posjedujemo li neke od Va\u0161ih osobnih podatka, uvid u njih ako ih posjedujemo te poja\u0161njenje za koje svrhe ih imamo, roku pohrane i sl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pravo na ispravak<\/strong> \u2013 ako se neki od Va\u0161ih osobnih podatka promijenio ili smatrate da su nepotpuni ili neto\u010dni, javite nam i ispravit \u0107emo ih sukladno svrsi za koju su prikupljeni. Npr. promjena e-mail adrese osobe ili tvrtke, promjena naziva tvrtke, po\u0161tanske adrese i sl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brisanje podataka (\u201epravo na zaborav\u201c)<\/strong> \u2013 na Va\u0161 zahtjev, trajno \u0107emo izbrisati Va\u0161e podatke. Iznimka su slu\u010dajevi u kojima smo zakonski obavezni \u010duvati podatke.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pravo na prenosivost ili ograni\u010denje obrade podatka<\/strong> \u2013 Va\u0161e pravo je zatra\u017eiti da Va\u0161e osobne podatke koje posjedujemo prenesemo nekome drugome u formatu u kojemu se mogu koristiti. Tako\u0111er, mo\u017eete zatra\u017eiti ograni\u010denje obrade podataka. Na primjer, ne \u017eelite da u potpunosti izbri\u0161emo Va\u0161e podatke, ali ne \u017eelite da ih dalje obra\u0111ujemo. Obrada podataka mo\u017ee se ograni\u010diti i ako se osporava to\u010dnost podataka ili se sumnja na njihovo kori\u0161tenje na nezakonit na\u010din.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pravo na prigovor<\/strong> \u2013 imate pravo ulo\u017eiti prigovor na obradu osobnih podatka u slu\u010daju da smatrate da se njima postupa neprimjereno, protuzakonito ili sumnjate na automatizirano dono\u0161enje odluka (automatska ra\u010dunalna obrada podataka bez \u010dovjekova nadzora). Ako se u nekom trenutku predomislite glede razloga oko kojeg ste nam se obratili, slobodno mo\u017eete zatra\u017eiti uklanjanje podataka i prije roka (npr. odustajanje od volontiranja, prestanak interesa za sudjelovanje na festivalu kao izlaga\u010d i sl.) \u0161to \u0107emo mi u\u010diniti u najskorijem mogu\u0107em roku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koje su na\u0161e obaveze?<\/strong><br \/>\nVa\u0161e osobne podatke prikupljamo i obra\u0111ujemo u skladu s trenutno va\u017ee\u0107im zakonskim odredbama.<br \/>\nNa\u0161a du\u017enost je \u0161tititi ih, \u010duvati na primjeren na\u010din, uz osiguranje povjerljivosti i bez proslje\u0111ivanja tre\u0107im osobama bez Va\u0161eg izri\u010ditog dopu\u0161tenja.<\/p>\n<p>Prikupljamo samo podatke koji su nam dobrovoljno predani.
